Among the many satisfying tasks I’m asked to perform are 2002 pedal box rebuilds. Customers send me their old units and they get freshened up completely with new hardware, springs, and new bushings and even pedal pads when needed. As long as the basic structure of the box is sound, I can turn ugly, binding, funky pedal boxes into fully functional assemblies good for another 20+ years of faithful service.

Every pedal box I receive for rebuild gets disassembled and fully media blasted during the inspection process. Although this particular unit was sent with the clutch master and hydraulic hose, those items are not included in the basic rebuild service. I am happy to supply these parts upon request however and can tailor each job to suit your needs and requests.

All new yellow zinc fasteners, springs and fresh chassis paint make them ready for installation.

Return shipping generally costs about $25.00 within the 48 contiguous US states. Price includes any and all necessary replacement parts installed. I will often re-use original pivot bushings as I have found them to fit better than the new Genuine BMW ones (as well as the aftermarket kits.) For more detailed information, shoot me an email.

Occasionally I have donor boxes in stock and can offer an exchange service based on a $350.00 core charge. Refund of core charge based on structural condition and completeness of the returned assembly.
